A Gospel Meeting is a short 45 minute service where we share the wonderful news of the Gospel. The Gospel is the good news of Jesus Christ. He is the Son of God, yet He freely came into the world to save us from our sins, bring us into fellowship with God and give us eternal life.
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" John 3v16.
A Christian is someone who has been saved, someone who has repented of their sins and turned to the Lord Jesus for salvation. This is the most significant transformation that anyone can experience. A person's life completely changes when they become a Christian. They have a deep-seated joy because their sin has been dealt with, they have peace with God, their future is secure. They look at their surroundings differently, they see them for what they are, a Creation, the handiwork of their God. They find a pleasure in things that they took for granted before. They find the true purpose for their existence - serving Him. Life is not about accumulating and spending wealth, nor it is about fame. We were made as His creature to serve Him.
Why not come along some Sunday afternoon, meet the Christians who gather at Kinross Gospel Hall, and hear for yourself?
